I am an old employee and former friend of these people and I am awhere of the home Addresses of Ron and Shelly aswell as Brad if I can help please let me know.

I was in the same situation as most people on this site. I finally stopped payments, and was then contacted by Provider Capital Group, I was also suspicious as to why the financial group was taking over.....long story short I gave them permission to send the groceries, and as long as all the items were there (including what had been missing from the first shipment) would I then send them a cheque for the remaining amount that I owed (I had cancelled my credit card and there was no way that I would give them another). I was missing 3 items and they subtracted the amount from my total. I also received some extras for my hassle.I am so glad that I am done with these people, I hope it works out for you too!

Nelson Financial that represented Canadian Fine Foods in the past was in quite a bit of hot water with the securities commission for bilking investors out of $50,000,000 and then changed it's name to Provider Capital Group...it is the same finance company with the same employees with the same address and phone number as Nelson Financial...same time Nelson Financial changed it's name to Provider Capital Group...Canadian Fine Foods changed it's name to The Grocery Group...coincidence??..I think not..

I only received half of my order in May. It was missing many items. I've tried contacting the company with no success. The numbers are out of service. I plan to stop payment soon once half my order is paid for. I am not paying for the other half I didn not receive. Also I do not even want the other half now as I feel this company is very sketchy and where is the food actually coming from if the company is out of business. Very scary.

Nelson Financial changed it's name to Provider Capital Group..they are one and the same company with the same address, phone number and employees..

Grocery SCAM ALERTJust now · Hey everybody I think it's a good idea if we report these people to the Canadian antifraud center they were the ones who exposed the cottage scammers. Some people have emailed Pat Foran from CTV news. I plan to do the same and the more people that do it the more we bring attention to these scumbags.

I see you're in southern ontario. I'm up in northwestern ontario so not too close but I know there are a bunch of us up here with grocery group, shop from home issues.
