Caller said he was a friend of my friend in Jamaica. Talked for 2 minutes. Supposedly someone who lives in Ontario.Seemed on the up an up to me, but who knows! I have no idea how calling cards like this work.
Got a call from this number at 8am. Guy was laughing creepily and said "you are crazy CRAZY" - blocked the number.
Phoned my cell phone left voice mail, which I didn't listen to as it would cost me. I only answer calls from numbers I know.

Just got a call from 416-589-0379 my husband answered the phone and girl called him grandpa john said she was in mexico at a wedding. From what we could gather amoungst her crying she was driving with a friend some how she ended up with a broken nose and needed money wired. The hubby passed the phone to me and when I asked who this was a she said she was my oldest grand-daughter. Wrong answer since my oldest granddaughter is only 6. I told her she has the wrong number and she called me grandma with the name of my hubby's xwife. So long story short not sure where they get their info, but beware, do not wire any moneys. This had fraud written all over it......

In my office over lunch and see this number come up on a caller id. Of course, never answer calls from number I don't recognize. Some idiot leaves an incoherent voice mail (maybe in another language). One phrase that I did recognize was Cheese Whiz. Scammer for sure. Don't be taken adavantage of, let it go to voice mail.
