I don't know if you realise, but those are real people on the other end of the line, who are just doing their job. They're not pranksters, nor sadists, nor sleazy businessmen. It's certainly not THEIR idea to call you so often, and likely not the same person calls every time. So before making their already difficult job harder, and stressing them out for something that isn't their fault, stop and think.

Got a few call but never leaving any message. When I do answer, no one is on other end. I'm extremely fed up with these types of phone calls.

I also get spam calls from them. They just go to my answering machine and hang up.

Like Light said, they're likely not even the same person. And I doubt they're the ones in charge of taking names off, or putting them on the calling list. So it's not their fault if some higher up 'doesn't listen'. How hard do you think it is for them, having to talk to frustrated people for a living? And then they get a whistle blown into the phone, hurting their ears, though they're not at fault.

I wish for these people to stop calling me. I have had 4 calls this week. I will provide my unlisted number for list removal if requested by an authority dealing with this situation.

If this is the Toronto Star, I'm doubly annoyed - I'm already a subscriber - obviously their left hand doesn't know what their right hand is doing!!

this company calls me everyday as well, yesterday they called and actually spoke to my husband, wanted to know if we had a credit card and if so what was the account no. because there was moneyowing to us.told them know we dont have a credit card, never have and never will. oh what there is money owingtold him to get lost.they hung up
