It seems to be NCC Business Services and is in fact a so-called debt collector But they must be the new kid on the block cause their website is still under construction OR IT'S A TOTAL SCAM

I get this call all the time. Different people, cruise winner, lower credit card interest, newspaper subscription or charity pick up. Sometimes a recorded message, sometimes a person.

These idiots keep calling me. I've left them messages several times to remove me from their call list. Would love to get a physical address for these jokers, so I could go down and punch the manager's lights out.

This number calls my house daily and I am not interested! I am on the do not call list, however, it does not seem to help.

Buy a whistle and when they call again, answer. When they start to talk, ask them to take you off their list, or this will be your response every time. Then blow the whistle in the phone as loud as you can. Do this every time they call. It might encourage them to take you off their calling list

Tell them you are not interested and ask them to take you off their call list as this is going to be your response every time they call. Then proceed to blow the whistle into the phone as hard as you can. If you do this every time they call, you can be pretty sure they will take you off their list.

when they call number shows up twice.i called the c.r.t.c and they said they would look into it. one other number shows up on caller i.d. twice,and it is7858243705. they called on 4-23-1136am. i also get privite numbers and its got to be them. i have turned off my ringer so only the light flashes.c.r.t.c. needs to fine them so much that they go out of business
