I get a call from this number SEVERAL times a day. Automated voicemail system if I don't answer. Saying they have an important business matter for me, and i need to call them back. When I do answer, they won't tell me who the debt is with. Says it is approx 9000 dollars. I have NO debts in that amount, anywhere! I know that for a fact. They refuse to send me information on the debt or a statement, and tell me I must PAY IN FULL or suffer the consequences. The guy wouldn't even tell me his name. Said its not relevent, and told me to "get off your a$$ and go borrow the f**king money or get a d*mn job because we will not leave you alone until you pay this f**king debt" then when I asked ot speak to a supervisor, they hung up. WHen I called back. It rang and rang and rang.
Like you would know. Bet you work for em with an attitude you have.They called me 6 times in one days, 3 times in the morning, 2 in the afternoon and 1 time in the evening while i was at work. I do have a debt but have a different company handling it, then again they ask for a woman I've never heard of and I'm single...
I receive call from this number on my cell phone looking for other people, but today received a call from 4176277919 at MY JOB! same people?
The rudest unethical collection agency I have ever had the un-pleasure to deal with. Due to a large amount of medical bills, I've worked out payments with most. They will not sent up payments, they've even sent a $25 payment back because it wasn't enough! Call constantly at work and on phone. Bill is even in my husbands name!
person named D J gave me more information than allowed by the "Truth and Lending Law" about someone that works with me.
These people USED to call me several times a day, until I sent in the $2500 owed and then it stopped. Now it has started back up and they're saying that I STILL owe the same monies to the same creditors!!! So I pulled my credit report and am RAGING because the bills I sent the money in to be paid off IN FULL are STILL there. My check was processed, so where did my money go?!? I'm calling the better business bureau!
