dude stop posting the general info on a case if you cannot post the full aspect of it. some times in the legal world it is more cost and time effective to plead guilty than to take something to the jury.

I am a Center General Manager for HQ Global in Nashville. Jason Rashley and Brandon Navarro rented office space from my company on July 7th. We found out that they gave us a fake credit card, and he kept saying that he was going to present a cashiers check for the amount that he owes my company, $7000. He was at my center for 2 weeks, then I went into his office on Friday, and EVERYTHING was gone. He skipped. I contacted the FBI, and this guy is a HUGE scammer. He is wanted in like 4 states at this time. He also goes by Jason Whittmer as well. He also stated that he has other companies, such as The Ian Arthur Agency, Entertaiment Management Services, and JL Concert Productions.I would strongly suggest that you stay away from this man. He is a compulsive liar and a scam artist. My company is running an investigation on him, and trying to track him down for payment and a lawsuit.

95% of the Rashley bashing is coming from one disgruntled individual who apparently has no life. This person has been on a gigantic ego trip.
