The RepoLand posts are ancient - it was one of the first I found - no activity since 2005, but I posted the JR/JW saga nonetheless a few weeks ago. No irony there - ripping off Repo Guys. I'm surprised he didn't wind up in somebody's trunk.

He scams people out of there hard earned cash by B.S them. He claims to be the 12th largest booking agency, without any bands. Do your home work! His dude steals and lies in his sleep. RUN LIKE THE WIND!!!

Thank God SOMEONE is succeeding with the craigslist postings - I guess I've got to learn to be more subtle - not my strong suit. LOL.

My band has been working with this company since January. They don't do everything as fast as they say, but overall our band has been happy with the results. My problem is that these people know way to much to just be an all out scam. The information they have given our band and the shows we have played because of them, would have never been gotten without them. I'm beginning to wonder if posting this is being fueled by a disgruntled customer or a competitor.

This is what I found when he contacted my band back in Jan.I also talked to the promoter whom he defrauded back in the Baton Rouge thing, and this guy was really interested in getting at him.We need to find some officer of the law to be the point guy in this (like the other guy suggested).

We can't all be competitors. Look at his criminal record that speaks for itself. I would be worried to have a criminal representing my band. Good luck to you.

Your band is in for a world of hurt if you connect your self too Jason R. Rashley or the J Rashley Agency. Do not take my word for it "Don't Be a fool" DO YOUR DAMN HOME WORK! Spend as much time as possible digging into his past and criminal record. He is a very smart guy, I have talked to people that have said the same thing after he scammed them. "He sounded professional and he has a lot of good info and contacts" I could care less if you believe me or not, I am just one of dozens of disgruntled customers he has scammed or straight [***]. Alright everyone listen up, I have spoke to several of you over the phone over the last couple days. I am a successful entertainer out of Nash. I met with JR a couple weeks back and he tried to give me his line of believable BS. I did not give him any money, but he is using my name to say he worked with me a that he can get others to my level. So, he is using me and my success to con others. Not cool, and I am well connected enough to put an end to this clown. I have spoken in depth with the lead detective of the Metro Nashville Fraud Unit. Everyone that he has scammed, or stolen from needs to call the Metro police and file a report. You need to reference case #08-490860 and Con- Artist Jason Richards. Metro's fraud unit is 615.862.7594Call them ASAP. They already have quite a few reports and will issue an arrest warrant. They will tie all our reports together for our little fat friend. I have no doubt he is on his way back to the PEN!! Anyway, I am trying every effort to save the music business and my fellow musicians from being conned by this criminal. I am also contacting my friends at the local Nashville NBC TV station for coverage. It will only make the arrest that much faster.

How did he scam you? No one seems to say what he did.
