First Time Said It Was Wrong Number But Then He Called Me Again Just Breathing On The Phone When I Said Hello But No Answer Just Heavy Breathing Went On For Several Minutes Without Answering Me When I Said Hello Over And Over Then After Several Minutes Of That He Just Hung Up The Phone At His End Without Saying A Word It Felt Very Strange And Intimidating I Finally Had Go To The Settings In My Cell-Phone And Set Up A Call Block It Was All That I Could Do..!!.

Call came in at 3:41P.M. on February 9, 2026. No spoken message was left. I checked the missed call box that read not in service. I checked the phone and there was a dial tone. I assumed the call was a scam.

I received a package from a rigging company in New York with my name and address but this phone number as my contact number.
Looking for a person (that was not me) about a legal matter.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
