Too many calls and hangups...we're on do not call~

I work for Pacfic Market Research, and I can understand why all of you are very upset. But its my job, along with everybody else I work for and with; we need to pay the bills. My do these surveys because companies are interested in hearing what their customers think of their products and services and how they can improve. If you don't answer the phone, we record it as an answering machine and the computer will automatically call you back at a later time. If you hang up before we finish our intro, yes, we are going to call back because you did not let us finish our sentences, therefore, not knowing what we want. If you are rude, most cases, you will get a call back because the people I work with are jerks and think its funny. Now, keep in mind that our computers do all of this dialing for us, so we don't know what number we're calling, nor what time-zone you are in so no, we did not know you were eating dinner. I'm very sorry for all of the inconviences. But if you simply don't want to be called for a particular survey, when we call, let us finish what we are saying and politely tell us no and ask us to not call back. But we cannot assure that you will never be called again, just not for that particular survey. It takes a mentally strong person to do what I do everyday, but I love my job. I hope you all will understand that its not that we're intensionally calling you during family time, we just need to pay our bills. Again, I'm very sorry for the inconviences.

My phone number is registered on the do not call list and I received a call from this number on 2-23-11

Left on my phone. I keep getting calls from them, as far as I know AFTER I tell them to stop calling. My number is on the national do-not-call list. Can't this company be charged, and fined the $10,000 PER CALL that the law allows?

It takes a SOCIOPATH to do what you do as a lousy excuse for a living. We can make a living without calling YOU. Why don't you post your home # here so we can bombard your phone like you do ours?And you might as well get used to the abuse because it's only going to get worse. Honest people have had it up to here with scum like you and your useless calls. You call the phone I PAY FOR and you take your chances, one day it's a whistle, next day I might just waste a bunch of your time, another day I might let loose with a string of expletives to remind you of EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE. Nobody has to let you finish what your sentences, nobody has to be nice to a professional privacy invader. If this is the best you can do, you should be living in a cardboard box. You might be able to get honest work if you could at least learn to spell.

i received a call from this number on my cell phone just 15 minutes ago. it was the first time receiving a call, but since this seems to be the number of a marketer, i decided to report it

You can call me names all you want, to boost your ego. But its not hurting me any. I've been called worse by better, and I know my job is annoying you. If you really cannot stand the fact that all we want to do is ask your opinion on different products and services YOU use, don't answer YOUR phone. If you answer and yell at me, that's fine. Yell until you're lungs are sore. All I have to do is push a button, and keep on dialing. I pay my way through college, calling you and annoying you, so thank you very much. (: You're right, nobody has to let me finish talking, nobody has to do my survey, and nobody has to answer the phone. I was just giving you a heads up on what we really do and why we keep calling you. Oh, and obviously I can spell just fine if I got into a private college and maintain a 4.0. Don't judge me by my job, please. (:
