These [***] called again and again on the Fourth of July, they also call early in the morning, and late at night, including Sundays. I never answered, but now I know it's a collection agency I'm going to start answering and report them. I know we owe money, but times are rough and we're doing the best we can.

I have been recieving calls from this number 4 to 5 times a day. Not sure who it is because they never leave a message so it can't be that important. It is very annoying.

They have called my cell and left messages almost 30 times in the last year. A recording of a woman's voice asks for Valerie. I find these recordings when I turn the cell on....and have to erase them one by one.....They never say who they are, just ask for Valerie

This is a collection company called E R SOLUTIONS. I think they deal with hospital bills

Thank you for posting these messages about this company. It is a scam. The company calls all telephone numbers - not just those belonging to debtors. Apparently, it is a shotgun approach to find people.I just moved and received this new telephone number. I have no debts. Within a few days, I started receiving these hang-up calls - just like you've described in your posts. I pressed *69 today to identify the phone number, then called it. (425) 562-3215 is a business number, not answered by people. BTW, both federal and state law require the person you speak with to provide their company name and address upon request. You are not obligated to provide your SSN or name. They can not indicate that a debt is owed, except to the debtor, but they must identify themselves when asked. I intend to write the Commission in my state that regulates debt collection agencies. These are illegal practises. They are also required to be registered with the state, otherwise they can be fined. If not, they must immediately cease and desist bothering you. It takes about 31 days for the Do Not Call registry to update, so it looks like this will continue.

we keep getting calls from debt collectors but they do not leave messages and when they call its a computer so you can't talk to a human. They call all hours and at this point we do not know who or what we owe. The number is: 425-562-3215 it is rude to call all hours, not leave a message and we have no idea who they are.

Called today at 6:20 pm. Picked up the phone, but no answer. They call pretty much once per day.

I DO NOT HAVE (and I NEVER HAD) any outstanding debt. They called my cell phone at 1:09 on 03/15/2010 and left a message. My T-Mobile cell phone number is ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST. I do not wish to receive any calls from them. If they call again, I will file a complaint with FTC.MD resident

Hey all I get calls from these idiots too. Yes I owe money who doesnt these days but they call 2 to 3 times a day every day. I used to be a bill collector in the 80's.
