The compny is call ER Solutions. They have a web site, and are a debt collector

I received a call from this number on February 2, 2009 at 3:20 pm mst. They asked for my deceased husband William Rucker. He passed away June 27,2007. This is a cell phone number and would like to know how they got my number. I also DO NOT want them to call ever again.

Does anybody have a physical address for these people? Sending them a registered letter is the first step towards taking legal action under the fair credit act.

I also get the same message. They refuse to identify themselves. My number is a cell phone number. Also my husband died 6/27/2007 and that's who they asked for.

Call came in at 6:20 pm. Asked for my father, who passed away 3 years ago. I identified myself as his son. When asked what it was concerning, caller would only say it was "A Personal matter". Asked me to give the last 4 of my fathers SSN. I refused unless he told me what it was about. Never would. Asked if he had ever lived at an address that was an apartment. Told him never. I asked him how he got my number. Said that my father listed it someplace. I told him I got this number AFTER he passed away. Never did find out what he was calling for, but I don't think that he will be calling me back. Not after I melted his phone.

Yes they are calling about everyday saying I owe monies. Still I tell them I know nothing about what they are talking about.

Stop calling me

This is the third of fourth day in a row these people have called me and they always call me while im trying to study at school!!! I looked them up and they are a company called Avex and have something to do with human resources. I am 19 years old and I don't own a credit card! So I obviously don't owe anybody anything and it seems to me that they have no reason to be calling me. I left them a comment on their website and told them to leave me alone but obviously that didn't work. I always try to call them back but it goes right to their voicemail and they never leave me one either! I'm getting sick of it!
