HOW DO I GET A HOLD OF THIS LAWYER THAT REPRESENTED U?

Ok, I called the number that was left on my phone, after they hung up on me when I answered. Of course they said that their voicemail box was full. So, I just started dialing extensions until I got an answer. Which turned out to be an energy company from Washington, a place I have never lived. But they use E.R. Solutions as a collection agency. I am now on hold waiting for the second manager to speak with me. I do find it strange that E.R. Solutions and Puget Sound Energy share the same phone number. Now they tell me that I owe money to Direct TV from 2001-05. Then they had me listed under the name I had before 2001. A couple of days ago, they called to tell me that I owed money at a hospital that I wasn't at in the time they say the bill is for, under the same name.

I received all call from 425-562-3215 today from a VERY rude male who I could not understand due to his inability to speak ENGLISH! Not sure what country he was from, however he didn't like me asking him to repeat himself. He asked if I still lived at a paticular address and then asked if I was still using a certain bank. Ok, for one I will not say where I live just in case you decide to stalk me and two, I am not about to tell anyone over the phone, much less a foreigner where I do my banking!! SERIOUSLY!! The year is 2010! At this point I tell the guy I need to call him back I was tring to get children in seatbelts and I requested a contact #. He didn't want to give it to me he just kept asking about my address and bank, being RUDE! I again ask for his # explaining that I needed to call him back and he just sat there speaking who knows what, so I told him I was hanging up and he said ok. Well being a collector, I asked if there was anything he needed to tell me. Umm apparently not because he just started the address thing again. Being the nice person I am I reminded him of the Mini Miranda!! He then said well you wont tell me who you are. OMG! I told him 15 times I was the person he asked for!! He ended up giving me an 800 # , never said the name of the business and NEVER gave the Mini Miranda! If it is a collection agency...Good Luck I dont see how they stay in business, the close rate for this guy cant be high unless he is collecting in Iraq! God Bless America!

The same company calls for some one that does not have my number they used my number to get out of trouble aparently i told er soltions many times that this is a trac phone number i use a cell many fraudulate people use phony numbers to get out of trouble for debt . Er if your listening and you have a client that is in collections for this number 717-269-0053 and their name is Jermey your looking for let me say this in a polite way if he owes you money stop calling me go after the [***] your self send them a letter or go to their house if he is leaseing a car or a vechile take the [***] thing already and stop harrassing inocent people. Trac phone re uses millions of numbers each time new clients buy their phones this is a cell you keep calling not a house phone you [***] cracks.i am sick and tired of reporting you to the Pennsylvania attorney generals office for bull [***] calls that pretain not to me i refuse to answer calls that come from your office i save my minutes for more important things like calling my own billing companies to pay my bills. Your office calls my house 5 times a day for a man that does not have this number they fooled you into thinking they had a phone or a address i am sure if you check your accounts the address he gave you probaby does not match or is a fake address You asscracks . Stop calling and check to see where the [***] is and bother him instead of calling me all the [***] time . The threats do not pretain to me i am not a man you [***] i am a female and i do not know him he is a stranger to me because i do not know him.People fooled your [***] into thinking they had a phone you dumb [***] cracks stop calling my number. [***] crist if you want the moron so [***] bad then take the [***] to court and leave me alone and stop using my number. He fuckedd with your heads and now what are u doing bothering someone else that does pay their bills [***] heads!

unfortunately, the only answer is to change your phone number. Cept that your new number is probably associated with someone on their call list. Make sure your phone can block incoming calls and your gold.

THIS NUMBER KEEPS CALLING FOR A UNPAID BILL FROM SPRNIT .BUT THIS BILL WAS PAID IN FULL IN 2006, THEY HAD THE WRONG ADDRESS, HOW CAN I STOP THESE CALL.

THERE BAAACK!!!! It's now late August and these people apparently are at it again. My experience was as follows; After calling me twice last week and putting me on hold as soon as I answered, I hung up right away each time. Now this week they tried again except this time an automated recording says "We have a VERY important call for.....my name......., if you are ....again my name....please press#1". Then you are lucky to be transferred to a live person who says right off the bat, " We need you to verify your name, birth date and the last four digits of your S.S. number" I said wait just a second who's calling? They said, " No information can be given out until you verify your...etc....etc." I said again, I'm sorry I will not give out any information until I know who you are. Then finally she says, "We are Chase". Chase what I said. Again she starts with the same crap about needing my info first. I said I WILL NOT TELL YOU ANYTHING UNTIL YOU TELL ME WHO YOU ARE!!! CHASE WHAT? CHASE BANK??!! At this point, she just hung-up on me. I tried a number of times to call her right back at the 425-526-3215 number and no matter what time it is a recording says, "We are not in at this time. Please call back during normal business hours". Until I Googled this number I thought this was a phishing scam. I think it still may be. BEWARE PEOPLE!!!

What about those of us who owe no debt and are being harassed? You are the loser!!!
