What do you mean? These guys lowered my interest rate to -1%...Seriously, it's a SCAM and the guy that just called me couldn't get my credit card (company name, not the card type) information right and tried to find out how much by overall balances were by guessing that it was 'over 3500'. When I told him that was incorrect, he started arguing with me and hung up.Careful, I went to call him back and while '1' will get you connected to the rep if you answer the call, '1' will get your number pulled from their lists (hopefully) if you dial it back. Clever. I had no patience and wasn't waiting for the recording again - just wanted to see if his manager was as slimy as he was.
automated recording telling me I was eligible for a lower interest rate on a credit card - but didn't specify which one. asked me to press 1 to hear more, I hung up and blocked new number.
The card service scammers WILL 'service' our credit cards, BUT, when they finish 'servicing' them, they will have NO available credit remaining! People that are fooled into having their cards 'serviced' will be charged a MINIMUM of $795.00, and many times the ENTIRE amount remaining on the card. The card service scammers are a disgusting group of degenerates, who prey mainly on the low income, and the elderly, but will cheat anyone that they can!
This number called early today and woke me up after I worked third shift, did not leave message and even after being in the DNC list. I will block it with an app and also with my provider.
