I can also confirm what others have said, that this has to do with a USAA claim. My mother had been dealing with them for an auto claim, and they kept blowing up the phone to ask about her experience with the auto repair shop she used (we assumed it was telemarketing because they never left a message and we live nowhere near Logan Utah).I'm glad we finally picked up, not sure why they couldn't have left a message, instead of hanging up each time. Unfortunately the car isn't finished being repaired yet, so they said they would just call back later. Hopefully when they finally get the answers they need, the calls will stop.
Also got call from this number after 8pm EST. No message left. Called ID also had tag LOGAN.
Whenever I get these type calls, I just dial *60 and put a block on the number. I never get the call again. They try to because it shows up on my TV caller ID when I'm watching, but the phone doesn't ring. They get a message that it is blocked.
Got a call from this number @11:32 AM. Didn't answer. no message. If I do not know you, I do not answer. Looks like a survey company though.
I do not wish to receive calls from this number. It has become annoying. When I return the call to the number it automatically goes to a recorded message.
The person that called from this number asked for the person in charge of the copiers. When transferred to a v/m, they didn't leave a message. Just leery because sometimes shady salespeople will try to trick you into giving them enough information so they can ship and then charge you outrageous prices for toner.
Wanted to know about service from a body shop. He said that the company was named cartec. Hehanged up on me.

Called me but I didn't hear the phone, no message left
just got a call from 888-431-7820. Told me I was breach of contract. Very hard to understand the lady. I dont have a contract with anyone that I know of. When I look to see the number call it tells me Claim Services.
