Where do you go to block calls to your cell phone?

I actually work for the company. It's a independent research company that is hired to call and conduct surveys for different companies. We usually don't ask for any personal information, only a name to verify to the company who we spoke with. If you are uncomfortable giving out any information, know that it is not a requirement. And yes we will keep calling if you do not answer of if you simply hang up the phone, it is our job. The only way to get us to stop calling is to take the survey (which are usually really short and simple) or listen to the reason we are calling and say that you are simply not interested and do not wished to be called again. We aren't allowed to call any location after nine P.M. by law. And we only call in the mornings if we were told it would be a good time to reach someone. We do not have call lists, nor does the "call list" apply to us. We receive most of our information from the different companies who hire us to call you. We don't know if we are calling a cell phone, house phone, or work phone. We also don't know if we are calling at an inconvenient time. Please don't be rude if you do get a call from us. Most of us are young college students just trying to pay rent. I was desperate for a job, and took what I could find. I do what I have to do to pay my bills. We're not trying to scam anyone.

They called claiming to be my bank of USAA and asked about my recent auto repairs. Once I answered a question saying it wasn't done yet, they hung up.

Caller says they are returning our call and want to know if we received a large white envelope containing two one dollar bills. They are calling our landline regularly, but not sure how often since I don't usually answer it and they don't leave a message. I asked them to take us off their calling list. Of course they tried to keep me on and then when I told them AGAIN, they hung up on me.

Looked up the number on search engine, and after reading several comments, am glad to know that it's not something I want to answer. Tried to block number with an offer on computer, and it was one of those tricks that charge you $9.99 (written in dark orange on medium orange strip that I cannot see without my glasses on -- that must be how they got me before!)

this is the truely only way to get the calls to stop. Or just do the survey.

Note: I checked with my bank and they said that according to their records, no one from the bank had called me regarding the repairs. Also, they have no numbers in Utah and definitely not that number. This number is definitely a fraud.

I received a call from this number. The woman wanted to talk to the head of the house hold. She would not give me her name. She said she was doing a survey on IRS. I want to report this number because I feel like this is a scam. I am not falling for this.

Didn't leave a message. Read on blog it is a survey company. My # is on DNC list, so why am I receiving this type of call?

I did not answer this call, because I happen to answer another call from Ogden Utah on Sat., and it was some idiot "supposedly" taking a survery. I just hung up the phone in the "idiot's face. A friend of mine got a similar call (she does not have caller ID), and they were asking all about her bank account, etc. This is a scam and someone needss to stop the calls.
