Its Voip call an internet call can be from anybody that wants their ID to be hidden. dont answer 800 tel calls.
438 is not a home phone service area code for Montreal. 438 is a cell phone area code.got one.
This a crap phone number just got it a couple of time even place a CRTC complaint , but how in the world got my number I'm on vonage and pretty much protected but ain't anymore someone is selling or the just dial all numbers . which we could have more power and block numbers on my phone like a blacklist ...
