I didn't answer the call. WHen I dialed it back, it asked me to press any number to be added to the DO NOT CALL list. Somehow, I don't think it was legit.
They are back. Called whilst not at home. Caller ID says 'Customer Care' Right. Well I am not biting and I know they really don't care. So block!!!
Just received a call from 440-617-4771. Now they are using the University Hospital name on my caller I.D.. It was not U.H. but a recording stating "I was eligible for a lower interest rate." After all of these years they are still at it! Same number, same scam!!!
Yeah it most defiantly a scam but I turned the tables before having their numbers blocked 425.320.5269 & 440.617.5620. As the individual started on his quest for information I decided to have fun. I immediately asked what was card number he was referencing. Then pause… now I asked all the questions and I mentioned I was putting this conversation on speaker phone so everyone could hear and laugh. My questions persisted on what the balance was, what card specificly to which bank. Note not one question was answered correctly as he guessed wildly. Of course I wanted his name or employment ID all the time laughing with everyone in the background doing the same. Needless to say the caller lost his cool. It was funny.
I too have received calls from this company - scammers for sure - I stopped them on my home phone by putting on No Solicitation that requires that a # be pushed before the call goes through.As to wasting my minutes - not a concern, but wasting my TIME - it is a concern so maybe that's what they meant.

Saying postal redelivery unit when called. What?
I didn't accept the call and they did not leave any voice message
I answered this one out of curiosity as I usually don't answer calls from numbers I don't know. Another annoying robocall. This time claiming to be calling from Medicare.
Would give it zero stars if I could.
Because I didn't know who the caller was, I sent it to voicemail. The caller did not leave a message and hung up. I assumed it was another robo call and when I checked this site my assumption was confirmed.
