Called 4 time in less than 45 mins, but left no message

I answered a call and got a few seconds of awkward silence before it hung up

They called twice within five minutes and left no message.

Called my cell but said nothing when I answered

They called my cell phone four times in 20 minutes - it's a car warranty company. I got rid of my home phone (land line) because of telemarketers, now my cell phone is starting to get them too. Phone companies need to research websites like this one and block all reported numbers from being able to call their customers. Yes, you can block them but that's too hard for many elderly people who are the most negatively impacted by these harassing telemarketers. "442-282-6026" is a car warranty scammer!
