These people are a constant pain in the tush. If I had wanted their services I would have responded to their letter. How do we make it clear? The person on the phone certainly needs more training. Hem hawing. How illiterate they come across.

Call starts as a Robo call with some message to the effect of we have important info from your health care provider, then 'please stay on the line for the next available person' then you hear the inane music...... (hung up at this point) They also used 443-492-2800 about 10 days ago. I guess they vary their tactics more this year

This is either a very annoying barely legit business or a scam. DO NOT PICK UP THE PHONE!!!!!

I appreciate your information regarding this call. They did leave me a voicemail, but I have previously told them to remove me from these calls as I go to my dr. for my yearly visit and other than that I am very healthy. It seems to me it is a waste of their time and energy as I am totally healthy and get all of the routine check-ups I need. Because of this, I have blocked their number from my cell phone. This is a great service for someone who is a shut in, or can not easily get to a doctor, but this is not me. I would rather they would use their resources on these people, rather than going to homes where there services are not needed.

I agree. they keep calling and I said no 5 times. I called their main number and demanded they stop. I had one last year. not a shut in.I have a good Dr.

DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!!!! Whether this is a scam or not...if everybody would stop picking up the phone and talking to them then they would eventually give up and stop calling. When you answer the phone and talk to them you are causing annoyance for everyone. STOP ANSWERING THE PHONE WHEN SOMEONE CALLS THAT YOU DON'T RECOGNIZE OR DO NOT WANT TO TALK TO!!!!! It does not do any good to tell them to stop calling or threaten them. Nobody (certainly not the government that we pay taxes for) is going to punish them.

They give you a 15 dollar gift card for doing this and they do not ask for urine or blood. It is a free service from AARP United Healthcare insurance.

Block their number as I did and I don't receive any more calls from them. Just received a letter telling me they are unable to reach me and put it in my shredder.....LOL

I block their number and don't even hear the phone ring. My friend booked an appointment with them and wasted a whole day as they never showed up.

I'm 33yrs old, I do not need this service but, as I am my g'ma's aop, aof, (and executor, when we lose her to the final goodbye), perhaps this is why they are calling me? I have great insurance, health/life for myself, thru my employer....
