Man called about an issue with my windows computer. Was speaking in French but was not consistance in the call. I hang up since this a scam.
I did not pick up, they did leave a message. Sounded like a very windy call center, background chatter, they did not speak.

Spoke only in French with strange accident. Either did not understand my response, or decided to ignore it. Just kept talking in what sounded something like French. Either a scam or trying to sell something.
