Called this morning at 3:50 AM, sounded like papers shuffling, on the answer machine but no message

2:30 this morning and then hung up!

We got our three am call this morning. No one on the other end of a frightening wakeup call. I think I am going to get an air horn and put it on my night stand and when I get calls like this again, I will put, hopefully, someones ear to ringing, like my phone. The do nothing call list is about as useless as a screen door on a submarine. What is wrong with a government that takes away the rights of companies to make such calls as these and can't enforce them, but is bound and determined to take away the rights of honest and upstanding citizens? Governments never have been for us people. Against maybe, but not for us. The person that said that fines would pay for the do not call program is absolutely right, but instead the tax payers have to, once again, pay for yet another miserable failure program that politicians can't get right. It is a no brainer professional politicians!!!!!!!!!

I got the same call at 4:47 am!!!Called it back and it said "sorry for the test call".I am on the do not call list so how are theyable to make this call. And who do I report this to??

I got a call at 4:45 AM on 1/25/13, when I picked up the phone, they hung up. When I called them back, this morning got a recording that "we could not complete the call, please try again". please block such calls. Thank you.

This number called me at 3:58 AM today, dealing with a sick child when sleep is at a premium i get a call at this hour from these yahoos. What a joke. On the DNC list, and they dont care. aggravating.

Rec'd a call from this # at 1.32 a.m on 1/26/13. They hung up when I answered.

Got a call at 5 am. Same as above, but I don't own a cell phone and I didn't call back. I am also on the DNC. what an awful way to wake up way too early!

Got a call at my home from this number at 2:04 am ... disrupted my night's sleep
