This number called me at 2:52 am! Of course I answered thinking it was some kind of emergency. Needless to say I was up for the rest of the night. Had to work with no sleep. Whoever is doing this really needs to be stopped!

Got call from 469-464-9384 at 5:39 AM on 26 Jan 2013. Woke me up and when I got to phone no one said anything. I did not call number back.

Just called Lisa Jill Freeman that someone reported on Page 2. She did pick up and told me to report the "violation" by going to www.Bandwidth.com. Then go down to the very bottom in tiny letters and click on "legal." Next page click on "report violations" and fill out information (hope this doesn't just send my info to more a-hole data bases). Anyway, she assured me that they do not condone their customers doing this and will have my number removed. I can only hope since I received my call this morning at 2:55 a.m.

Received call @ 3:56 am, same call as others have noted. Thx, Dave, for the tip to look up test call generators. It's helpful to know the calls, although annoying in the middle of the night, are nothing more than that. (verizon)

I got the same call at 1:00 a.m. Called back and received message - "sorry for the test call" and then a click.

I think what they are testing is whether it's a working number so if you answer or call back, they know it is and you will get future calls from...whoever is paying for this. Sleazeballs, but probably unstoppable. I got it and I am on the DNC also. Con artists don't care about the DNC

I don't care who they are or what they're testing. This "thing" rang my phone at 3:13 this morning. No, I didn't pick it up. At that hour, if it's not my daughter calling, it's no one I want to speak with. I just did a little testing of my own... testing the call block feature on my Panasonic system, which I already know works just fine. Idiots!

Got a call from this number as well. (469) 464-9384. Mine came in at 3:50 am. And I'm on the pretty much useless do not call list. Just like our government: make a law to protect people but don't bother enforcing it even though the revenue generated by penalties from offenders could pay the cost of administrating enforcement. Thanks Uncle Sam.

Ditto - call came in at 2:20AM. Also was concerned it was family in TX!

wtf w/ these calls - i got a call fm 4694649384 at 9:45pm last night then again abt 8:45am today - as the others on here, i'm on the DNC list (which does NOT work) - i dont care what co this is - they have no right calling the hours they are calling and I'm to the point of getting rid of my phone so i don't have to guess which [***] is calling at all hours of the day trying to scam or solicit me! Where is the FTC????
