It said "Informed Electo" on Caller I.D. so I blocked it on my phone which I had to get even though I have an unpublished, unlisted number because some $#@$ neighbors stole my number 5 years ago and used it in their fraudulent credit card schemes. Then the collection agencies got it and sold it and it has been a nightmare ever since!!! I don't answer callers whose numbers I don't recognize!
