Called, no message left, now blocked.

Yeah, a survey robot - went through to voicemail and even recorded a piece of message about "presidents". Our telephones are tools for our survival and convenience, if ANYONE want to participate in a survey, you can do so to your heart's content online. I have anticipated in zillions of more-or-less anonymous surveys - these companies need to bug the Web if they need to be told how annoying they are - the sole purpose for which their survey would make sense...

Ditto. And they've been calling us EVERY single dadgum day! They are now on my blocked phone numbers list I have through the local telephone company.

Crank caller who tries to force a quick question, but I insisted on asking who funds this Informed Electorate PAC. He wouldn't say, only that it was non-partisan; heck, Russia could be funding them. He transferred me to voicemail option where the choice for a person leads to 'nobody available.' Obvious rude scam. Hang up and block number. I also tried Googling this PAC, but a 'Populus Voice IE PAC website is 'out of service.'

Called. Didn't answer. Left no message. Blocked. Googled I. E. Pac. Hmmmm. NADA

This number has called nearly every day, even on Sundays. The one time I answered, they wanted money, the other times, no answer or no message. I don't answer the calls now, but they are annoying. Today, they started using another number also with the same caller ID [312-809-5245] I'm going to call my phone service provider to see if I can get these numbers blocked. Is this harassment?

ID said IE Pac. Never seen it before and I get alot of these tbogus calls which I never answer. They didn't leave a message. I've subscribed to the DO NOT CALL registry several times which doesn't help worth squat.
