I heard about this thing a week ago and just got a call from the number tonight...same thing...static, Spanish voice sayings something about "uno" or whatever I could make out. I wish someone could solve this mystery. I'm from Jersey. i want to call the phone company about this. I have not recently given my number out to any untrusted source, so this is a real mystery to me. Someone on the web must know a cop or FBI guy who can look this up.

Said they were from Bank of America calling me about a fraud alert on my account. When I told them I do not have an account with B o A - they hung up on me. Ironic!
