I have received two calls from this number. I answer, "Hello", and a recording in a British accent replies "Congratulations, this offer is only available for Fido customers." I say nothing, and the call disconnects.

Just got a call from this number and didnt pick up in time. No message - sounds like I got lucky in missing it!
Got the call right now, I was apparently actived. No, really their was a spanish speaking women telling me that I won $1000 dollars and to press 1, then the phone started ringing and then it disconnected. I was maybe charge for long distance or something.
