I keep getting phone calls from this phone number: 480-999-1234When anyone does speak, it sounds like spanish...definately not english.We get these calls frequently and it is really annoying !!!!!

You missed one. It's "Spics", not "Spicks."

Judging by the most common complaint, "Caller hangs up when I speak", this is an agency employing spanish speaking people (maybe illegals) to LOG TIMES AND DAY OF WEEK that you are home to answer the phone. They don't care what you say, they just care that you pick up and say something. Then the agency will sell this info to phone solicitors, just like online companys sell your email address to spammers and direct mail marketers sell mailing lists. They'll have your phone number, maybe name and address, and the time and day of the week you will most likely answer your phone. They're "phishing."

Werll it has been months before receiving calls from this number again. No one says anything when you answer. They don't leave a message either on your voicemail. They call mutliple times of the day and night.

do any one of you know who these peaple might be??cuz they've been callin me without answering the phone it's sort of FREAKING us out!!!!

In response to Fed UP...I filed two comlaint forms with the Federal 'Do Not Call' list. It hasn't worked yet.

Same as 213-999-9999. I had been getting calls from that number daily. Now it's the same spanish speaking people. Saturday they started cursing at me. Don't know how to get it to stop. I keep reporting.....
