Called both my cell phones this morning- no message. I called the number back, and yes I too found it was out of service. It is a PA number.
I got called twice from this number about a month ago (no message either time) and I just now received a third call. Don't know how they would have got this number (fairly new), but, coincidentally enough I just bought a new car right after I got this phone.
Live in CA and they left no message, I get a lot of these annoying calls lately from bullsh*t numbers.

It is a legit PNC Bank phone no. I wrote out a $12000. check and they called to verify and had the last 3 digits of checking acct. on message.
