received call they would only say hello over and over and then hung up when i wound't respond
Didn't answer the call fast enough but, called it back right away only to get recorded message saying,"The number or code you dialed is incorrect".
This number has called me a couple of times and the say hello ask if Philip is there. I said no Philip is at this number. I asked them not to call back and again they called. It's scary to have these people keep calling..... It's always someone that doesn't speak good English that calls.

I called the Chase number on the back of my card and they said they had NOT called me, said it was scammers. I had two calls on my machine asking me to call them back.
