Received a call this afternoon from this number. (On my cell phone, no less). It was a foreign speaking man. When I asked to be removed from the call list, he said that was no problem, as long as I did something for him. He then started making sexual advances and spoke things that I will not repeat. I was speechless. I told him if he did not quit calling me and have my number removed immediately, I would report him to the police. He then said..."I do not give a f..., go ahead and call them." He then hung up!!
What do you expect them to do? These are spoofed numbers and are probably coming from overseas in countries whose governments do not care. The "government" is not a giant dome of magic that can just "do something" about everything, and all with no funds, mind! What, exactly, is this "something" you want them to do? Go to war with India? Because, I guess that'll show 'em not to be calling us!
just received a call from this # on my cell phone. It went to voicemail but no message was left. I've blocked it now.
Got a VM - "Consumer Services, calling about your current CC acct.. no problem with your acct.... bla bla bla"
The Do Not Call List is a government funded entity paid for by taxpayer dollars. If it is useless, it should be dissolved.
Robo call about credit card- nothing wrong, just want to lower rate? Scam of course. Using small town number in Arkansas and shows up as Searcy, Arkansas. Scammers are getting smart enough to use local numbers instead of 1-800 numbers to trick people into answering.
Answered call to my cell. Recording saying "that is an invalid extension". Likely an automated system checking to see which outbound telephone numbers get answered before they sell the list to an outbound telemarketer.

I live in Michigan, got a call and text from this number saying to shelter in place. Said there is an active incident and don’t answer doors unless it’s law enforcement officer. Said we’d receive another message when issue resolved.

From the QUITLINE - can be any state - PA for me - I followed their program to quit smoking and this was a follow up survey - NOT SPAM - The service was helpful and the survey harmless.
Got 2 calls from this number stating that it is a colect call from an inmate. We don' t know anyone who is an inmate anywhere.

My calls were being forwarded to this number and I have no idea how it happened.
They hung up. In the last ten days I've had unauthorized credit card charges and an identity theft related to a Medicare fraud case. I suspect this is related.

Medicredit I believe possibly is scam/fraud calls involving medical insurance, medicare. Courts WILL decide !!
