Missed a call from this number, when I called back, the "call cannot be completed as dialed". They left an empty no message voice message.
Received a call just now, answered, recording said, "that is not a valid response." Unknown who this is, or why they called me.

The caller ID that showed up is the result of spoofing software since this is not a working number. There is nothing you can do to stop these criminals from using the technology other than quit answering calls from unknown numbers.
Just a scam.I don't give my cell phone # out to no business, so any unknown calls like this is just a scam.

I live in Michigan, got a call and text from this number saying to shelter in place. Said there is an active incident and don’t answer doors unless it’s law enforcement officer. Said we’d receive another message when issue resolved.
left voice mail with 2 phone numbers on was 240-374-4607 and the other 877 (garbled)

From the QUITLINE - can be any state - PA for me - I followed their program to quit smoking and this was a follow up survey - NOT SPAM - The service was helpful and the survey harmless.
Got 2 calls from this number stating that it is a colect call from an inmate. We don' t know anyone who is an inmate anywhere.
