Received a call from this number, answered, no response. Cell Phone KY. Have a lot of military friends so tried to return. Verizon message that this number was disconnected.

called cell- I refused call- I'm on a do not call list.. which means do not call at all
I keep getting calls from this number. and don't answer it and never will. There is a night shift worker here and is very irritating, If it is a company that is doing it would be good to know who is doing it. That way .we could make sure we did not do any business with them. I have gotten 5 calls today from different numbers and no one leaves a message.
