An "official" sounding woman's voice, a recording, said that I had not reporting my second quarterly income tax. I could fax the information or I could call it in. Announced it was from Oregon Dept of Revenue. I've never lived in Oregon, nor on that side of the country.
This is a spam call. I pay my Oregon tax on time every year. The voice said that it was from Oregon Revenue and needed me to call back asap. I called it. It looked like that I was calling to the Oregon Revenue Department. It also has 4 options to choose. Finally, I did not talk to someone because it said there was too many people on the waiting line. I cut off and I did not want to wait. Then I go internet to search this number and find out that it was an spam call. Be careful for this number.
This is not a listed telephone number for the Oregon Department of Revenue. Filed a complaint with the Oregon Attorney General's Office. DO NOT FAX THEM ANY DOCUMENTS or provide any personal information.
I found a phone message from this number today (6/10). The voice claimed that I had received a notice of a penalty of $2,500.00 re my tax but they were sending a revised notice of taxes owed, a lesser amount. They would be calling me again.
This is the Oregon Oregon Department of Revenue, Oregon Employment Department. They said they did not receive my quarterly report but somehow it was lost. We had filed and I faxed the document to them. Sometimes Google is your friend people. So many reactionary people. Geez.

Person is telling me he is from Cox and that Cox has special offers. I asked about the offers and person saying he needs my Cox, forgot ? to verify that I had a Cox prescription. I hang up!
I got a call this afternoon 4/10/26 of a man saying he wanted to buy my building. I declined and said I was not interested and hung up. He called two times before and hung up.

Claims it is Indiana Health Department doing survey. Said they will call back. Called back at 6:00 pm. Was not home to answered. Did not leave a message. Could not find this number for Indiana Health Department.
