We got a call from this number yesterday at 12:33 pm, and it was blocked by our call blocker. The caller ID was ATTLEBORO MA. Please see my post of 23 Feb 2016. Our call blocker now blocks all calls with this caller ID. They have also called from 508-409-0139 and 508-409-0147.
Just called my cell phone and caller ID identified it as The Clean Planet in Attleboro, MA. Never heard of them and did not recognize the number, so I did not answer.
The usual scam to lower my electricity bill. Had to laugh at its mention of the "recent passage" of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, which I believe was passed back in, like, April of 2009.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.

Got a letter that said I applied for an AMAZON card. Called the number to inquire what this was for, they started asking for personal information. When I said no they hung up on me.

Scam debit collector. I say 'scam' because I don't have a credit card, loan, lease, tuition, or debit or any kind. I own my home, vehicle, and everything in them. There's not a single reason for a debit collector to be calling me.
