Took the number that appeared from their Called ID (508-409-0143) and called it back first using *67 to block my number. Message came on "press 9 to be placed on our Do Not Call List". I did and message said "Your number has been placed on our Do Not Call List. It may take 72 hours for this to take effect."Yeah right! How can you place my number on the list if you don't even know what it is!Idiots!!! No doubt they'll call again in a few days.
We got a call from this number today, 22 Feb 2016, at 5:59 pm and didn't answer. A voicemail message was left. It was a recording regarding the "US Renewable Energy Program" which would lower our electricity bill. The number will be added to our call blocker. I highly recommend such a device to avoid these nuisances.
