No voicemail left. Pretty crafty, calling from an in-state number (probably spoofed) in hopes of tricking people. Better luck next time, scammer.
Just called with Unknown Name as the name and a 508 area code, which is Massachusetts. Did not answer, no message left.
They left a message that appeared to be just the classic medical alert system scam. Caller name field was blank.
5088827130 is owned by a VoIP provider Flowroute. Flowroute support told me that they did not detect outbound calls to my number, so this number is probably spoofed.
We got a call from this number today at 5:07 pm and didn't answer. A voice mail message was left regarding a medical alert system. The number will be added to our call blocker.
No message left on answering machine, caller ID'd as Out of Area. Probably telemarketer or scam type call. Another one put on my black list.

Claims to be from a roofing team. Somehow knows real name and city. I keep getting texts like this from different numbers, they stop responding when I ask how they have my number.
