Guess I didn't go far enough into the complaints to see all the 2010 complaints. Happy New Year people, they are still at it. I am going to their site to file a do not call. Thanks for the tips.

These calls fall under harassment not survey esp. if they hang up or do not leave message. This is a criminal matter and is definitely reportable and punishable. Do not give them your email addy, or any other personal info. just to get them to stop. Tell them you will file harassment charges, and file complaints w/ the BBB in both their state and yours, as well as with the state gov. consumers protection agencies. If enough people did this they would be out of business before you know it. At the very least you would never get more than 1 call from them. They do not fall under the do not call list because they are not trying to sell you anything. This is the only way to stop them. I do this on ALL types of unsolicited calls. I tell them this the first time they call (they hear this on my message machine as well). If they are stupid enough to call again, I DO REPORT THEM! I have never received a second call from any of these companies, and I don't have to give out any of my information to them to get them to stop their illegal activity. Hope this helps. File a complaint of harassment with OHIO attorney general and with your state as well. Looked and there are 3 complaints showing. Lets flood their office so they will do something about them! Their tactics fall under HARASSMENT!!! the only way to stop it is to file a complaint. Do not give this company any personal information. They are scammers. Some people say they are market researchers, others say they are debt collectors. Can you say SCAM? If a company, no matter who, calls you and hangs up, won't leave a message, or won't comply with your request to not call you agin, that is harassment, and, as such, is a criminal offense.

Called twice today so far, doesn't leave a message.

January 23, 2011513-639- 2399 called today anda black gentleman named Frank asked if I was over 18 years of age.When I inquired as to what his call was about he said it was for a survey. He next asked if I was 18 years of age or older. I lied and said no. When I asked what his call was in reference to, he replied that since I was not over 18 years old, he could not tell me the nature of his call. Guess that I'll be blocking that number from the comments I read below.

Stop calling.

Kept gettingf calls from these rodents. Made a complaint on the Do Not Call list. Calls kept coming. I now call them numerous times of the day on the company # 800 729 6774 and leave messages not to call me again. They are annoyed so we're even. I'll keep doing it till the calls stop. Do the same. It's the only thing that will stop this.

Called tonight twice. Wouldn't leave a message. Asked when my husband would be available. I called the above MRSI information, mailbox full.....lol....left messages for individuals listed above an sent an email. Hopefully that will end this. Pisses me off...how do they get my number? And frikkin sneaky to not leave messages and keep calling...should be illegal.
