I got the same call today and hung up. I believe it's a scam.

Received call from NobleSIPhony here in Nfld. No one on the other end. Good to know it is scammers. Won't answer the phone next time.

Caller ID said Kroger Comp. Some indian sounding man calling about my windows computer. Couldn't understand all he said, something about viruses an malware and wanting to access my compter to fix it. I told him I didn't need an help and hung up..

I got a call from The Kroger Comp 513-898-2070 a man with an indian accent informed me that my computer had a virus and that he needed some information. I identified myself as an IT professional and I told him that I knew it didn't and that I was aware of why he was calling. He promptly hung up. I tried to call the number back and it was not in service. If you get a call like this tell the guy to F off.
