I hot a phone call from this number '1-514-612-1466' on September 6, 2014, at 19:03, although I have put my phone number '514-562-4498' on the do-not-call list.
Of course it's a scam - you could use Google to look it up, or just ask yourself "why would anyone give away a free cruise"? With that question, you know that either they are going to rip you off, or ask you to do something that Homeland Security or the DEA would frown upon.
