I have received many calls from this number including today, a Saturday. I did not pick up and wanted to see if this number left a message. When I checked the only thing I heard was "bonjour" and then a hang up. Very annoying. Thanks for the information about how to stop these calls. I just called them at 1-800-404-2464 - Leger Marketing - and a very polite gentleman told me that my number has been removed.

I didn't recognize the number when it showed on Call Display, but... reading the comment re: Leger Marketing, I DID say "yes" to a follow-up phone survey on the last online survey I completed. Would be nice if their Caller ID said who they were, not just a number I don't recognize.
This was a follow-up survey call. It was not unsolicited. I had completed a short survey online and got a credit of $2. This call was just to verify some additional information on that same survey. It barely took 2 minutes and they credited my Leger Marketing account with an additional $2. The guy I spoke to has a French accent and was very professional and pleasant to talk to.
To get your name off their list (because they are allowed to call you as they are not selling anything, they just want your opinion), try this number, a supervisor will remove your number (mention your number slowly): 514-982-9960.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
