New York State Emergency Alert System.I received a notification of a local Water Main break and boil water order for the village I live in.So, it does appear to related to only Universities or Colleges.

Received two calls today but did not answer. I don't answer with no identifiable caller ID. According to most of the comments it seems legit; I've nothing to do with any school or college. My point is that if what they have to say is so important, why don't leave a voice mail message and identify exactly who they are?
