I received this same call, from the same guy. SPAM. After I said, Hello, he said who he was, but I remained silent. He then hung up.
Called landline again. Left no message. CID displayed Marketing Sol. Area code Calfornia. Know no one in Calfornia and do business with no one in California. Criminals looking to victimize whoever answers the phone. If we don't recognize the number we DO NOT answer.
I just got a call from this number on my cell - did not answer - hit hang up on my cell while still ringing - no message

I received a package from a rigging company in New York with my name and address but this phone number as my contact number.
Looking for a person (that was not me) about a legal matter.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.
