SEVEN CALLS from this number since June; SIX since being BLOCKED, although it still rings ONCE & displays the name/#, letting us know who's bothering us yet again. You'd think their Robodialer would be programmed to know when its been blocked and to DROP that number from calling. Also has been REPORTED SEVEN times, as well.

Stop calling my number.

Hello fellow Cragslister...I'm getting this number calling me all hours as well but havent run an ad since I got this new number. When I put my number in an ad, I spell out some of the numbers to prevent this (5 five 5 seven 8 zero three). I hope it helps you. :)

You make good points. I wish I had the TIME to chase down all these SCUMBAGS.BTW, All 'exempt' callers are ONLY EXEMPT the FIRST TIME they call you, and, if you "Tell them NOT to Call" (which I *did*); THEN they are LEGALLY OBLIGATED to STOP CALLING. They have, at most, '30 days' to comply. I was hung up upon the first time they called without ACKNOWLEDGING my request 'not to call.' I shouldn't have to 'chase after them' to 'tell them (again) 'NOT TO CALL.' They have been calling for FOUR SOLID MONTHS now and WILL NOT STOP, despite being "BLOCKED." Their Robodialer SHOULD be programmed to sense that (one ring and disconnect) and REMOVE my number from their database.They'd rather PRETEND they have NOT been 'told not to call' and keep pushing the boundaries, because there really is NO enforcement of the law, to a large extent. Increase the penalties and watch the volume of these calls decrease.Oh, and WHERE do I "file a lawsuit." Do I get to do in MY jurisdiction OR do I have to TRAVEL to where THEY are located? If the latter, then you can see why people don't/won't/can't bother. And good luck to me finding a lawyer who will take the case. I couldn't find one when I had a CLEAR CUT case against a local contractor. I DID file a lawsuit, acted as my own lawyer and WON that case - TWICE: Once when I filed and AGAIN when the scumbag appealed. But it took HUNDREDS of hours of my time to prepare, so, I'm not thrilled with the prospect of doing that AGAIN for no real guarantee.

The DNC list "Forces" you to **TELL** UNWANTED callers "not to call" in order to 'protect your rights' under the law. That means I **AM** "forced" to ANSWER these calls - and it would be ALL of these calls, including the CRIMINAL PHISHING SCAMMERS - because HOW is one to know WHICH of these calls is 'legit' and which is NOT the first time you get them?I told telemarketers for YEARS (before Caller ID came to our area) 'not to call' and it did not stop them.The Criminals do not honor it, either, and, in fact, it just INCREASES the calls if you answer and 'engage' with them in any way, INCLUDING 'telling them not to call."My POINT IS, my RIGHT **should** be that *I* get to say who CAN call - the same way I decide who can enter my home, OR NOT. Not, 'its a free for all' until you TELL them to stop. Oh, and HOW does one tell 'dead silence' "not to call" as many of these robocalls are - for weeks at a time - before you get a 'live' person to "TELL"???!!!And WHY ARE YOU ON THIS SITE, if you didn't get the call AND want it to stop, too? WHY are you offended by my rant - unless you are a telemarketer, yourself. Maybe YOU should LISTEN and sympathize/empathize with people who have more going on in their lives than you might have.

i don't care if they do employ people and provide jobs. They do not need to call me and harrass me, especially on a Saturday twice on my work cell phone. I would rather pay for their unemployment.

Calls repeatedly after 9:30 p.m. many days in a row. Have blocked their other number: 540-221-6251 and now they are calling me from this number. I will put it on my cell's "Reject Call" list as well. They do not take no as a answer and call at too late (after 9 p.m.) or too early (before 9 a.m. on the previous number I blocked of theirs) times. Scammers claiming to be a survey and it seems they have been up to this nonsense since 2008. Wish someone would put a stop to their harassing calls.
