don't call not interested

Most of the time they are not technically breaking the law. Let me explain. Right now on the east coast, it is 1:32 PM. Over in Hawaii, though, it is 8:32 AM. Imagine you lived in Hawaii, bought a phone there, then moved to North Carolina with your Hawaii area code. They are calling you thinking you are in Hawaii because of your area code when in actuality you are in North Carolina where it's way later at night .

That was how I felt with the first survey. Now I'm bombarded on a regular basis to take more. They love to call my house around 8:00 pm to 9:00 pm while I'm relaxing in front of the TV after a hard day at work. That's the big deal. "Once a favor, twice a duty."

...but they arent selling anything. If they call you on a cell phone they are actually willing to PAY YOU if the survey offers it. I took it, answered some simple yes,no,favorable,unfavorable questions, recieved my $5 bucks shortly in the mail, and wasnt bothered again. I see nothing wrong. TAKE THE SURVEY ITS NOT GOING TO KILL YOU. AND P.S. DONT EVEN TRY TO JUSTIFY WITH SAYING YOURE ON THE DNC LIST AS IT DOSENT APPLY TO THEM SINCE THEY ARE ONLY DOING SURVEYS. shut up take the survey, let them do their job, and you wont be bothered again. I have nothing against them as it is only a job these people are doing to support themselves. landlines they probably wont leave a message and if you dont answer THEY WILL TRY AGAIN!. i mean its not like they know youre cooking dinner or sleeping or "busy". best advice dont try to report them or file a complaint b/c it will go no where. take the survey chances are that you will be called again are very slim

This place needs to stop calling my number.... I get 2 calls a day... They don't leave a message and just talk answered it once and hung up nright on them...

Ever since I called the FCC on a major complaint about my Verizon home phone service, which cost Verizon a lot of money to repair (their fault, not mine), my phone has become useless. I'm certain Verizon has given every "Surveyor" my phone number as a form of harassment. I managed to block this caller, but constantly get these calls to the point I am unable to leave my answering machine on or answer my phone. Verizon, the phony letter you sent back to the FCC stating that I was a putrid, viscious unreasonable customer needs to go online so everyone can see your bitterness and lies. Meanwhile, stop giving private phone numbers to Surveyors. And, stop allowing non-customer fixit requests to be placed into the computer so drooling old repairmen can bother children at home!

Received a call from this number. They left a message about wanting to include my household in a survey and to call an 800 # back in the next or so. I wasn't interested. I have a block number feature with my phone company that costs an extra couple of dollars a month. I love it! It is so worth it! I just block their number! They won't be calling back!

Screw being nice, I've tried nice and it gets you nowhere. I much more prefer "I know who you are, where you are calling from, I have your phone number and if you don't quit calling me I won't hesitate to turn my attorney and your local law inforcement on you. Oh, by the way I am NOT afraid to show up in court with a papertrail and recordings of any future calls" That usually shuts them up.
