I have gotten calls from this number:540-898-8518 AND 540-898-8818. After a bit of searching I found that this information: Queried @ Thu, 17 Jul 2014 00:15:51 -0400 Last Name of I think...Corvel but lists that this phone number comes from: 5803 Cambridge Drive, Fredericksburg VA 22407

So this was not a scam or anything because they ask about your income and zip code right?

Just don't answer the darn phone if you don't know who it is. That solves all the problems!! If they know you they will leave you a message!!!!

Thank you, I called and told them not to call Americans on the DO NOT CALL LIST. It felt good.

They call me repeatedly around 11PM. After I was awakened the first time and listened to the voice mail saying that they would "call again", I blocked the number. But I see from the block list that they still keep calling at 11PM. Outrageous! My cell phone has a west coast area code, so maybe they think they're calling at 8PM. I'm sure glad my phone has an easy-to-use call blocking feature, and it's very comforting to see their call attempts get blocked.
