I have been getting calls from this number on my cell for weeks now... so strange. 541 is an Oregon number, and I am originally from there so I thought it was someone I knew but there was never a message left. I searched the number and this was the first listing!

Got called at 4:34. Asked for someone I didn't know. He was very pushy, and kept on asking if this person was here.

My theory is that a non-profit organization (Wildlife Conservation Society) of which I am no longer a member of (beginning Oct. 2007) has contracted with Comnet to market for lapsed annual memberships. I saw the other posting about "LA Zoo". Perhaps we can find a common link with other former "zoo" or "aquarium" members. If so, Wildlife Conservation Society should disassociate itself from such an unethical marketing organization.

I received a phone call from this number at 10:00 am today, but no message.

Have been getting calls from this number in the early evening (EST). The caller ID says "OREGON," and the number that appears is (541)864-1492. I had never picked up before, but this time I picked up the phone but said NOTHING--was just quiet. Finally, a woman's voice asked to speak to me (she knew my name). I still remained silent, so she hung up fairly promptly.

541-864-1492 called repeated times. What is Comnet doing violating the do not call list? Isn't that the whole point of the list. Stop calling me. Now.
