I'm NOT a member of the chemical assoc several people have listed -- and because they don't leave a message, I don't know on whose behalf they are calling.The most annoying part is they are calling my unlisted mobile phone number.

I have received several calls from this number. Initially I answered them but no one was on the line. They don't leave messages. I received another call today and they left a message. It was from someone telling me my membership in the American College of Healthcare Executives is lapsing and I should renew.

I have been receiving calls from this number twice a day for three weeks - wtf?? This is on my old fashioned land line. Any tips on how to get rid of this?

Got three calls from them in the last three days. Every day at 11:21 am

We have recieved several calls from this number during the day. There wasn't any message. I gooogled for this number and found several others had gotten calls from it also.

And I am in Australia where today they called on my home phone number and cell!!! I was afraid it may have been friends/family calling re the Boston bombing - rather than what seems to be a stupid scam. No message and I did not return the call.My sympathies to all.Thnaks for the advices.KerryC

Thanks for this forum! I've been getting calls from these people. Just removed myself from the list.

Called here - representing themselves as National Society of Professional Engineers to renew membership- which they are NOT. This is second call in a week 'concerning membership'.

This number has shown up on my caller ID over and over again during the past few weeks -- they never leave a message. I want it to stop. I will not return calls to numbers who do not identify themselves and who do not describe the nature of their call. These types of calls are an invasion of our privacy, extremely annoying, and should be illegal.

I answered and the caller ask to speak to a person who just happens to be my next door neighbor.
