Got a call from this number, they refused to identify themselves or say why they were calling.
They will cut the crap once they get slapped with a class action law suit. Even people that have paid off their debts get calls from the vultures.
1-541-955-7800 PREFORMANT RECORDS, calls multiple times but never leave a message. When I did answer they asked for Ms.______, then said my nickname. If this was a legit company, wouldn't they use my legal name?
I guess I'm glad I missed this call. I saw this number had called my cell phone and didn't leave a message. So, naturally, I Googled it. Having read all the other complaints - I have no idea why they were calling. I will be better prepared to DEAL with them should they call back.
They keep calling my house for a niece of mine who no longer lives with me. I keep telling them that she no longer lives here, but they keep calling. So finally I took matters in my own hands and had their number blocked.
FYI. For those that read these...They're wising up in their approach, now they call someones employer and ask for human resources. Calling under the number 541-955-7800 with a call back number of 800-927-7667.
I received a call on 4-20-12 at 8:45pm. The caller stated he is looking for _______________ who is my spouse. The caller stated that he is attempting to verify employment for ____________ and that ______ listed my wife as a reference. The person he was referring to is my son a my son is not looking for a job as he has a job. He asked me if I knew him and and I said nope don't know him never heard of him. This is a deception by Diversified Collection Services, Inc. not providing information under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. They are a scam and will do anything to gather information illegally.

The person called to verify employment of someone, but I didn't recognize the person's name. The caller had an accent, and I couldn't understand them. I didn't call back to let them know they had reached a wrong number.

Unsolicited call. Wanted me to complete my "voter profile." I've voted from this address for over 20 years.
It happened to me they got into my computer and got all bank info they took over $4000. from me left me with nothing. Don't trust anyone this was a setup.
