I've gotten calls from a Mike Smith from Performant. They have called me, my work and now my grandmother. Very annoying. I have student loans, but I have a payment agreement set up with the actual company whom my loan is through, so there is no reason this Performant company should be contacting me. So ridiculous.

Caller wouldn't give name and said lookin for a women named star. She said well this is # she called from.

they called my cell # twice. Left no message. They also called me at work 2day. VERY RUDE lady. My loan is supposed to be in deferment but she said its not and in 2 days they are garnishing my wages! WOW what a notice. But now after reading all these other comments I guess we aren't alone!

Interesting. These posts are from 2009 and I received a call today, 1/13/2016. I did not answer it as it was not a familiar number so I do not know if it was the same collection agency. Have they been in business all this time?M
