Definitely a skip trace/collection agency. Looking for a relative who listed us as a reference on a student loan many years ago. Gave NO information. She was very pleasant, not rude. Leave ME and my unlisted phone number (yeah, right) alone!

Jackie Roberts called from Perfomant looking for my "husband" whom I divorced 8 years ago. I was "listed" as his wife. She was nicely asking for a way to contact him, said it was personal and important, but I would not budge and she became somewhat desperate and started asking what she should do to find him ("should I keep calling his office, it is only answering machine?", "should I contact his family?", etc.). Nice try. What the call was about she did not tell me. I said I could not give her his personal information and she was free to do what she needs to do to find him. Then I said I was at gas station and needed to get gas and I was late for work. Which was true. I hang up while she was still talking trying to fish out more from me.PS. He did have a student loan, and something tells me he did not pay it.

She was told I wasn't home and she said they called my neighbor and they said they were looking at me..... What a liar!!!!

This is a debt collector out of Oregon..supposedly. Blocked and reported them toFCC.gov on line.

I was called and they told me that their name was Performant Recovery. I have no clue who they are and they are trying to garnish my wages.

Got call. Did not answer. They left no mess. Googled their number and found all the previous comments. Just blocked number. (I have never had bad debt. No current past due.)THANK YOU all previous posters for helping me determine whether or not to block number.

I have received many calls from the above number. When I question who they are they hung up on me. I would like for them to stop harassing me.. These calls cause stress and at my senior age I can't afford any stress.Please make sure that this number does not call me anymore.

541-955-7800Performant Recovery Debt Collector. Just got a call about an ex-customer of ours. They want to get a hold of this company. I gave no insight, as it is a former customer. She (called herself Faith Sylva) was very, very vague.

who are you going to report them to? you're just all bark and no bite. if you don't want them calling you, get a new number! there you go, problem solved.
